Jakarta governor candidate Basuki Purnama Tjahaja Ahok alias has been set alleged by the Criminal Investigation Police, on suspicion of blasphemy.Therefore, Jakarta Police Chief, Inspector General of Police M Iriawan, called on all parties to refrain from protesting down.
“Because it is already clear legal process. So the info on social media about the 25th of November there will be a demo, I urge the people not to protest,” said Iriawan at Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Wednesday, November 16, 2016.
He also called on all parties, both the pros and cons of Ahok to respect the legal process.

“What is clear legal steps have been done by our side (the police). Kan was desired by the protesters all,” he said.
